Overshot Hand Bags

Although overshot patterns have been traditionally used for coverlets and other large items, they really shine on small things. These little drawstring bags showcase one complete repeat of a popular overshot pattern in brightly colored wool. Perfect for a small gift or for holding marbles, change, or your 18th century necessities. Drawstring handles are woven in for strength. Cotton background, wool pattern. Hand wash cold, dry flat.

Overshot Hand Bags, Alpaca

These are exactly the same as above, but made with handspun locally-raised alpaca wool. The wool is naturally colored, so the shades are limited. The alpacas were raised by Foxwood Farms, and spun by me. Hand wash cold, dry flat.

Overshot Table Runners

While overshot patterns were traditionally used for coverlets or bedspreads, they are beautiful as table linens and accent pieces as well. These versatile table runners feature a classic overshot pattern, fringed ends, and brightly colored wool. They can be used in the center of a dining room table, on a sideboard or hall table, or draped over the back of a couch or chair. Cotton background, wool pattern. Hand wash cold. Dry flat.
